Jennifer Rosen

Hailing from Miami, Florida, Jennifer crossed coasts to attend Stanford University, where she earned her MA and BA in English along with a minor in Psychology. She has written for publications such as the Huffington Post and trained at the Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York, as well as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. While at Stanford, Jennifer worked as an editorial assistant for the Stanford University Press and wrote for the Stanford Daily.

She has twelve years of test prep experience, having worked with hundreds of students on the SAT, ACT, PSAT, ISEE, and the SAT II Literature test. Jennifer has tutored elementary, middle, and high school students at all levels, specializing in English literature, writing, grammar, and reading comprehension. She is also an expert at developing and polishing students’ college application essays, and has helped high schoolers gain acceptance to many top tier universities, including Stanford and Harvard.

Jennifer loves working with students, encouraging them to think more critically and become more intellectually curious and passionate about the learning process. She especially enjoys teaching proper writing techniques, sharpening students’ ability to analyze text, and express ideas in a cohesive, compelling manner.
