Reserve a Spot on Faithe Yates Premier Prep Tutoring Roster
AN OVERVIEW OF THE PREMIER PREP PROCESS
Each tutor works with a limited number of students, and there is a one-time fee to reserve a spot on the tutor’s roster. Reserving a spot grants access to the tutor’s booking system via My Account, and from there you will immediately be able to book tutoring sessions at the days and times of your choosing using the tutor’s real-time availability.
Sessions can be booked up to 45 days in advance on an individual or recurring basis, and once a session is booked it can be rescheduled from My Account at no additional charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment’s date and time. All sessions take place using Zoom, and links to the Zoom meeting will be listed on your calendar at My Account and in all meeting confirmations and reminders.

Faithe has tutored the SAT and ACT in both 1-on-1 and classroom settings for the last 5 years. She has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing. She regularly teaches high level math and writing to both middle school and high school students. In her free time, she even coaches a MathCounts team in NYC. New York City is her current home base and she’s super excited to work with the talented students in the area and beyond.
Faithe mainly tutors standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, SSAT, and ISEE, but also tutors Language Arts, Reading, and various math subjects up to Calculus. Her favorite part about tutoring is getting students to see that they can accomplish absolutely anything given hard work and the right mindset. One of her proudest moments tutoring was getting one of her ACT students to raise her average score by 4 points within the first 4 weeks. It was an “aha!” moment for the student because once she started to see the patterns that show up over and over again, she started to understand how to manipulate the test to her advantage. That’s what Faithe loves seeing the most; as her students start to improve, she can really see their confidence shoot up as well.
Faithe prides herself on being an awesome and enthusiastic tutor, so outside of tutoring she uses that same enthusiasm to entertain herself and others. She loves doing public poetry and book readings as well as the occasional TikTok music video. She likes to believe all these things make her a well-rounded individual.
